Mon, 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.: Yin Yoga/Yoga for the fascia – Yoga for flexibility and relaxation

Wed., 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Yoga with Pelvic Floor Love – Yoga with exercises for the pelvic floor

Thurs., 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.: Yoga Mix – active Hatha Yoga versus calm Yin Yoga

Yoga courses at a glance

Hatha Yoga Mix A mix of styles for those seeking variety. Whether it's fascia yoga according to Liebscher & Bracht, Hatha Yoga, using the fascia roller, or Yin Yoga – moving, holding, and stretching, each class offers a mix of activity and rest and relaxation for the soul.

Hatha Yoga for Athletes Dirk Nowitzki, Bernhard Langer, and the German national team—professionals from all sports swear by yoga. Flexibility training is the goal. Looking for bodywork with muscle building and postures for increased flexibility and mobility, as well as relaxation phases? This double power package for body and mind. An active class that's sure to get you sweating. Not suitable for yoga beginners.

Hatha Yoga 1 for Peace and Relaxation Yoga helps with back pain and during stressful times? Yes, that's right! And in this class, you'll learn the individual physical postures individually through calm and focused instruction. Strengthening, stretching, and plenty of relaxation help your mind and body gradually become more flexible. With a loving approach to your own learning process, it's suitable for beginners.

Guided Meditations With or without prior experience, guided meditation helps calm the carousel of thoughts in your head and then bring this peace and serenity into your daily life. This can be done while sitting (or on a chair) or lying down.

Fascia Yin Yoga Strengthens and revitalizes the fascia through calm, individualized yoga postures. Stretching and releasing for increased mobility and flexibility, but also plenty of rest and relaxation. Suitable for yoga beginners, even without previous experience or athleticism. Tip: For ambitious athletes, it's ideal as a training aid for their chosen sport.

Yoga with Pelvic Floor Love Yoga in a flowing style, but also static asanas combined with pelvic floor exercises. Especially helpful for women who have had one or more children or are fit pregnant women.

Personal Yoga 1:1 on-site on Fuerte or live online If you would like to work with me specifically and individually, want to set your own individual time, have specific goals (e.g., pain reduction, after surgery, during pregnancy/postnatal recovery, as a yoga beginner), or because you enjoy one-on-one sessions, then you can book me now. We'll discuss your needs and create a plan for you!

Yoga für einen starken Rücken, zur Entspannung Aufgrund von Rückenschmerzen, bin ich zum Yoga gekommen, dort bin ich sie losgeworden. In diesem Kurs leite ich dich, egal ob gelenkig oder nicht, an, Yogaübungen speziell für einen starken Rücken und gegen Rückenleiden auszuführen und zusätzlich das Entspannen ganz neu für dich zu entdecken.

Hatha Yoga During Pregnancy The physical changes during pregnancy lead to special yoga movements that can help counteract pain, prepare for labor, and better cope with hormonal changes. In this class, you will learn these individual movements, the all-important relaxation before labor, and the connection with your baby. Note: Suitable for women starting at 12 weeks and without yoga experience.
