Hello!
I'm Hanna, I live on Fuerteventura, and I'm doing something I didn't know existed for a long time—I'm living my calling! To help people connect with themselves through growth, to be exactly right as they are, to treat themselves more gently, lovingly, and mindfully. My academy, with life-changing training and continuing education, is my passion project: to accompany and train people in their lives so that they can work independently, freely, and above all, meaningfully, regardless of location and time. What happens is that, connected to themselves and their desires, they realize a happy life. It was a long road to this calling, not all that simple and easy, and especially at the time, without this goal. After studying to become a teacher and completing my teacher training, I worked for seven years as a civil servant teacher, teaching German and sports at various high schools and a vocational school. What bothered me most, as a free spirit, despite the security, was the golden cage system of school. The powerlessness over the content, the red-pen error-finding, and so much more. I wasn't doing well at all, I didn't feel right, I was drifting through life, and the dream grew of being able to pursue an independent career with more meaning and freedom by authentically supporting people: After a lot of training, continuing education, and travel, and after a lot of inner work, I accidentally emigrated to Fuerteventura and am living exactly that life! Nancy Systemische AchtsamkeitsCoaching-Ausbildung mit Yoga-Elementen Die systemische Coaching-Ausbildung bei Hanna ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Ausbildung umfasst sowohl die theoretischen Grundlagen des systemischen achtsamen Coachings als auch die praktische Ausbildung mit Coachees. Dabei verstand es Hanna als Coach und Ausbilderin empathisch und flexibel auf meine Bedürfnisse und Fragen einzugehen. Ich durfte zunächst Hanna´s Coachings beisitzen (ihre Coachees waren damit einverstanden), um den Aufbau und Ablauf der Stunden zu verstehen und die individuelle Anwendung unterschiedlicher systemischer Techniken praktisch zu erfahren. Schritt für Schritt bereitete Hanna dann mit mir meine eigenen Coachings vor, begleitete diese und reflektierte im Anschluss mich als auszubildenden Coach als auch die inhaltliche Arbeit mit den Coachees. Dies war stets wertschätzend und immer hilfreich. Die Ausbildung hat mich in meiner eigenen Persönlichkeitsentwicklung weitergebracht. Denn im Coaching geht es unter anderem auch um Selbsterfahrung und das erkennen und den Umgang mit den eigenen Triggern. Die Ausbildung hat mir wirklich Spaß gemacht und Freude bereitet. Freude deshalb, weil es ein unglaublich gutes Gefühl ist, Menschen (Coachees) begleitend wieder in ihre eigene Kraft zu bringen. Ob man nun selbst im Anschluss als Coach arbeiten möchte oder nicht: die Ausbildung bei Hanna bringt auf jeden Fall ein besseres Selbstverständnis und hilft auch sein privates und berufliches Umfeld besser lesen und verstehen zu können.
