Hello!
I'm Hanna, I live on Fuerteventura, and I'm doing something I didn't know existed for a long time—I'm living my calling! To help people connect with themselves through growth, to be exactly right as they are, to treat themselves more gently, lovingly, and mindfully. My academy, with life-changing training and continuing education, is my passion project: to accompany and train people in their lives so that they can work independently, freely, and above all, meaningfully, regardless of location and time. What happens is that, connected to themselves and their desires, they realize a happy life. It was a long road to this calling, not all that simple and easy, and especially at the time, without this goal. After studying to become a teacher and completing my teacher training, I worked for seven years as a civil servant teacher, teaching German and sports at various high schools and a vocational school. What bothered me most, as a free spirit, despite the security, was the golden cage system of school. The powerlessness over the content, the red-pen error-finding, and so much more. I wasn't doing well at all, I didn't feel right, I was drifting through life, and the dream grew of being able to pursue an independent career with more meaning and freedom by authentically supporting people: After a lot of training, continuing education, and travel, and after a lot of inner work, I accidentally emigrated to Fuerteventura and am living exactly that life! Nancy Systemic Mindfulness Coaching Training with Yoga Elements The systemic coaching training with Hanna is highly recommended. The training covers both the theoretical foundations of systemic mindfulness coaching and practical training with coachees. As a coach and trainer, Hanna was able to respond empathetically and flexibly to my needs and questions. I was initially able to sit in on Hanna's coaching sessions (her coachees agreed to this) to understand the structure and flow of the sessions and to experience the individual application of different systemic techniques in practice. Hanna then prepared my own coaching sessions with me step by step, facilitated them, and subsequently reflected on myself as a trainee coach and the content of the work with the coachees. This was always appreciative and always helpful. The training has helped me further in my own personal development. Coaching is, among other things, about self-awareness and recognizing and dealing with one's own triggers. I really enjoyed the training and found it enjoyable. I enjoyed it because it's an incredibly good feeling to accompany people (coachees) and help them regain their own strength. Whether you want to work as a coach yourself afterward or not: the training with Hanna definitely brings a better understanding of yourself and also helps you better understand your personal and professional environment.
