Waiting List & Cancellation Policy At the Hanna Schumacher Coaching Academy, we're here for you – whether for trainings, yoga and coaching sessions, or courses. To make planning relaxed and fair for everyone, we have the following waiting list and cancellation policies: Waiting List: Your Front Row Seat For fully booked courses and upcoming appointments: No more space available? Join our waiting list and be the first to hear about available spots or new dates. First-come, first-served: The waiting list is processed in the order it is received. It pays to be quick! 24-hour deadline: When a spot becomes available, you will receive an email. You have 24 hours to confirm your spot before it is passed on to the next person. Cancellation Policy: Flexible and Fair Cancellation 48+ hours before the start date: You will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours of the start date: We will refund 100% of the fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start date or no-shows: Unfortunately, no refunds are available—but we hope to welcome you back soon. How can you cancel or rebook?
